FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about pricing, ownership and timing.

Do I have to pay anything to see the mockup?
No. The mockup and the visibility snapshot are free, with no obligation.
Is this really a one-time fee for the redesign?
Yes. The $1,497 covers a website redesign of up to 6 pages and local SEO setup. Monthly Maintenance & Growth is a separate monthly fee, and it includes your hosting.
What if my site needs more than 6 pages?
We offer two larger sizes. Tier 2 covers 7 to 12 pages for an additional $500 and is delivered in 10 days. Tier 3 covers 13 to 18 pages for an additional $1,000 and is delivered in 2 weeks.
How many spots are there at introductory pricing?
Only 5. Once these 5 spots are filled, regular pricing applies ($2,497 for the build and $297/month for the monthly plan).
Why is this introductory pricing?
We take on a small number of clients at a time so every site gets our full attention. Introductory clients get a lower price than our regular rates ($2,497 for the build and $297/month for maintenance).
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting is included in the $197/month Monthly Maintenance & Growth plan.
What does Monthly Maintenance & Growth include?
Hosting, security updates and backups, small content and photo updates you email in, a monthly Google Business Profile post and review-reply check, and a short monthly report with your ranking and a call and lead snapshot. Larger work, like new pages, is quoted separately. Google Ads is its own service (Step 2).
Do I own my website?
You own your domain name, your content and your Google Business Profile. We host the site so we can keep it updated and secure. If you leave, we give you a site export and handoff help.
What if I want to cancel?
Give us 30 days’ notice. We’ll provide a site export and a handoff so you can take your website with you.
Will I be able to log in and edit my site?
Yes. You get an Editor login. Or, if you prefer, just email us your changes under the monthly plan.
Do you guarantee I’ll rank first on Google?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We set up your site and Google Business Profile correctly and track your visibility, but rankings depend on many things we don’t control.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of your site. A redesign of up to 6 pages is delivered within 1 week, 7 to 12 pages in 10 days, and 13 to 18 pages in 2 weeks.
What do I need to provide?
Your current website address, your logo and photos if you have them, access to your domain, and a Manager invite on your Google Business Profile. We give you a simple checklist.
What about my old website?
We make a backup and build the new site separately, then switch over once you approve it. We set up redirects from your old pages and, if you’re moving hosts, leave your old hosting running for about 30 days as a safety net.
Do I have to buy the website first for Google Ads?
No. But Step 1 clients get Google Ads setup for $199 instead of $499 and lower monthly management fees, since your landing pages and tracking are built on a site we already know.
How much should I spend on Google Ads?
There is no minimum. We recommend a budget based on data for your service and area, and we explain why. You decide.
Why don’t you charge a percentage of ad spend?
Because the work doesn’t grow just because the spend does. A percentage fee means your bill goes up whenever you spend more, for the same work. Our fees are flat and based on tier, so you know what you’ll pay.
Who owns the Google Ads account, and who pays Google?
You do. The account is yours and you pay Google directly. We manage it with access you grant, and you can remove our access at any time.
Can you guarantee I’ll be first on Google Ads?
No. Google doesn’t allow anyone to guarantee ad position, and we won’t promise results we can’t control. We aim for top-of-page sponsored placement and manage toward it every month.
What if I need more landing pages?
One is included in setup. Additional pages are $100 each.
